My name is Alex Roth, and I'm a 21 year old programmer from the midwest United States.
I grew up in North Dakota, a magical place where summer is a myth and cinnamon buns grow to the size of your head. I learned to code at a young age and have been growing my skills throughout my life.
In my free time, I enjoy creating games using HTML5, C# and pixie dust. I've placed in the top 100 of the Ludum Dare 48 Hour Game Jam and enjoy experimenting with different techniques to engage the player.
Currently, I am working as a server at Ruby Tuesday by day and practicing my craft by night. I believe that programming is an art form that allows me to express myself, taking the ideas from my head and bringing them to life. There is nothing I love more than using my superpowers to create magic without even muttering an Expecto Patronum.
I'm the type of person who comes home and jumps into the code editor right away. I spend a lot of my time working on projects that I find interesting and challenging. These are my latest projects.
